"Tavern staff were excellent (friendly and professional) and the food was good. Front desk staff provided what we asked for-- sheets for the sofa bed, more towels, more hangers. I loved the Christmas decorations. Room: Nice art work on the walls. Daily bed service worked fine. The carpet in hallways and in our room was always dusty, as if the vacuum cleaners were broken. There was no luggage table, coffee accessories were missing. Lighting in our room was too bright, and missing a floor lamp....
