"My check in with Pony was great. The staff here are wonderful and hard working. They accommodated any and every request. They held our luggage for us before and after check in, which was really appreciated. They go over and above what is expected, this is a lovely hotel which we would come back to. "LOVE Hotel, noisy not too friendly staff. Couldn't find the reservation. Different platform. # not matched. Created a problem. Not recommended! Haha...I paid beforehand but did not feel welcome and polite. Hated the process and Hotels online records. What happens?"
