"Excellent hotel!"

"The hotel was a convenient place to stay for our trip exploring Miami. We enjoyed walking into Brickell as well as having a slightly more picturesque and calmer place to return to. The hotel is very nice, but is showing it's age. One of the faucets on our bathtub didn't work, rendering the tub unusable, and the bathroom had a flickering light. One high note was the lovely and kind valets who remembered us and our kids each time we came back!"

"Had a great stay. Quality of late night room service options was less than expected. Pool service was less than expected, took some coaxing and not as attentive as you would expect. Had to chase them down a few times even when they weren’t busy. No fruit trays while in the pool as advertised which was disappointing. "

"Pool was closed for private event for a portion of our stay. Old amenities and dated. Rooms were recently updated and great."

"The hotel has a weird layout. You need to go up one set of elevator banks to the 25th floor, walk around the floor, then go to another set of elevator banks to get access to the rooms. You have to do the reverse if you want to leave. You also need to leave the hotel, walk across the valet and go into another building to get access to the pool. So not as convenient as anticipated. Otherwise, it was nice and their 25th floor lounge did have a nice view. The room was nice but the walls are...
