This property is STUNNING! I felt safe during my stay. It is in the center of Brickell City Centre so there is lots to do. The rooms are clean and spacious! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Shower was terrible and felt like below average facilities overall. In room dining others didn't speak english and was hard to communicate. Room felt like more of airbnb apartment then proper hotel.

We had many problems during our stay. The shower was leaking, the toilet stopped working. Our phone in the room wasn’t working. We told front desk about the phone more than once, never fixed. Delivery of ice wouldn’t always come. They also forgot towels one day and we had to wait to get ready. The food and beverage credit of $44 was never applied to our room. All in all was not a great experience. I’ve stayed at this property almost ten times, this was a let down. Even in sugar. The hostess doesn’t seat you or tell you there a minimum for tables. We had to ask someone where we can sit while we walked around aimlessly. Pool service is very slow.

This is a top end place to stay, I was treated as a king here everywhere I went. This is my go to when I arrive in Miami the next time. I like my room and it makes me wonderful what’s in store if I went to something more nicer in their room options?

This did not feel anything like a five star property. When we arrived we immediately noticed the smell that someone had smoked in the unit. The hall and unit both smelled. There are no toiletries in the bathroom other than the shampoo and conditioner on the wall. Conditioner didn’t work. No robes. No slippers. No top sheets on the bed. Pillows were quite possibly the worst pillows I’ve ever slept on. Not to mention they smelled horribly of cigarettes. Most five stars have lovely sheets and bed toppers. Nothing. Ice maker didn’t really work…dishwasher was bent up. The baseboards fell off. Washing machine didn’t drain. Windows looked absolutely disgusting. There was corn pieces on the floor… we didn’t eat corn. They did try to address some of the concerns but still didn’t feel luxurious. Appeared maybe at some point the furniture and appliances were good quality but have not been maintained. Everything seemed scratched and worn down. At the pool my daughter complained the chlorine hurt her eyes. The waiter did not speak English and we were unable to get the correct order. The area is very loud. Cars honking and loud engines all night. I don’t really think any of us got a good night sleep. Lobby is extremely dark. Hard to even see. Would not stay again and definitely not a place for kids.

If you are expecting any sort of hospitality, this is not a place for you! Imagine you are paying almost 1000$/ day and still not getting 2$ water bottle complimentary for convenience as hotel courtesy!! Dishes in my kitchen closet of my 1000sft suite were stacked dirty/ rotten food was there in it.. im sure i will het this message like, we do apologize and we take this….. but honestly i dont care and not coming back here for sure

Great hotel in the heart of Brickell. As an Orthodox Jew who can't use electricity on the Sabbath, the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate coming to my room escorting me to the elevator..opening my room key multiple times. This is a testament to the service they provide. Gets a little loud on the weekend nights as they have a popular rooftop...price is up there however you are in the center of Brickell and is highly walkable. Only caveat..parking. Make sure you use valet and dont self park in the parking lot overnight because the lot owners are ruthless and charged me $90 for 30 hour parking while I should have been charged $45. Safe travels.
