The prices are very reasonable, but at the expense of customer service. I understand that to keep prices low there might be less people in customer service, but the few people that work must respond. I had an inquiry about early checkout, and I called two different numbers, Expedia tried to call, went to voice mail, left message and a call was never returned. I also sent message via text on Expedia, and all I get is an automated offer to help me with transfer to airport, when I drove my own car. My query was never answered.
This is not a vacation hotel, is a convenience hotel, I don't expect 5-star customer service, I can wait, but customer service needs to reply. Try to improve this part.
