"I’ll start by saying that I’ve stayed at this hotel close to 20 times now. We love the comfort, cleanliness, location to the springs etc. That being said, this time was meh based on a couple of issues. First of all they refused to recognize any of the “vip” loyalty perks. In the past they have comped me the $15/day parking because I wasn’t parking and they applied it to the resort fee. This time they didn’t and when I inquired, they told me this wasn’t an option.
