「非常适合休闲度假」

「Overall a very positive stay. The staff and the cats were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the location was excellent. Only mild negative was the condition of the room. The sink was clogged and despite a request was never fixed. The blinds were missing a slat allowing guest to see into the room. Despite this the positives far outweighed the negatives. Kudos to Trent, Patrick and the rest of the team. 」

「I really enjoyed my stay! The property offers breakfast every morning, which was a great start to the day. My room was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to South Beach. I didn’t need to use Uber or Lyft until it was time to leave. Every staff member I interacted with was accommodating and welcoming, providing exceptional customer service—except for one, who unfortunately matched the description of the rude staff member mentioned in several other reviews....
