「Fantastic accommodations for a family!」

「Awesome place, with a cool location right near the mangroves. Has a little restaurant and bar and gift shop, as well as kayak tours and rentals. Paddle boards too. We liked the visits from the manatees and nurse sharks near the fish cleaning station. Only negatives I have are that the ceiling fan chains were broken and harder to reach, some of the pillows were a bit yellowish and have seen better days and multiple devices like the Air conditioner and TV remotes batteries were dead, but they...

「Had a wonderful time. So much to do in the area. We enjoyed the Cabana Club beach only a short drive away and included in the fee. We were there for the coldest week of the year. The maintenance gentleman, Scott and his assistant were kind enough to bring a hard to find space heater that kept us toasty warm as well a giving spot on recommendations for great places to eat. Some construction in the area but tolerable. Hope to return someday. 」

「We stayed in the Grey Lady and it was the perfect slip! Quiet, views of the bay/mooring field/mangroves. Limited kitchen amenities if you are "eating in". All staff friendly and helpful. WiFi sketchy.」

「The place is not what they said it was. The boats are not clean. No working kitchen or bathroom. In my opinion very sketchy to say the least. Do not book you will be very disappointed.. The local law enforcement is looking to talk to the owner. That is what a local sheriff’s deputy had said to us. What a joke! Don’t do it.」

Yes, you are staying on a boat however, they make sure you are able to get to your car at whatever time to make it to work at whatever time day or night with free overnight parking. I was a little skeptical at first with it being off of land and out of the ordinary but they made sure it was accommodating for me. They provided disaster relief free...
