"I loved the proximity to the mountain and restaurants in the village. The only downfall was the quality of the hotel restaurants which were mediocre. "

"Check-in was easy. However, we had 3 different parties checking our families in, and 2 of us received differing information about a few different information that we had asked for. The onsen was nice to go into after a day of snowboarding. We had the whole place to ourselves, could be because it was early in the season. Shuttle bus drops you off here, just follow the schedule. Public bus stop is just a short walk from the hotel door. This place is worth staying."

"It was a great stay with fantastic access to the mountain. They even helped me out of a tough situation when I got on the wrong bus that sent me in the opposite direction of where I meant to go. Would definitely recommend."

"We had a western room for December (final week of early season). It was cold. No idea whether it was just my room or the central air-conditioning/heater is down. The in-room heater was not sufficient to warm the room. Asked for different room but they said they are full booked. Booked this property in July, so I was rather disappointed to be given such room. Front counter gave us a portable heater. That did the work but that thing was constantly in the middle of the room so that we don’t sleep...

"Everything was perfect especially the crews. They were always ready to offer their help. The breakfast was a set instead of a buffet but the variety was wide enough and it covered almost everything. No complaints. The only thing they can improve was the differences between the breakfast on the 1st and 2nd day. The breakfast was a bit cold on the 2nd day. Also, we were brought to another room for breakfast because the main room was full and the room was a bit stuffy. The staff seemed not too...
