"Pur stay was great overall but i felt that there were wayyyy too many foreign visitors that killed the japan experience so i did not get any bath house time. There noise discipline needed to be more strict and mindful for other guests in house. I have seen a group Travel coordinator that was bombarding the elevators, laundry room, and seemed to not care for other guests around. Maybe implement smaller groups at a time. Overall the location was great especially going to Disney properties. Please...

"Truly enjoyed our stay here at Metropolitan Edmont. All the staff was great. Restaurants were great also. Train stations are nearby which was a plus. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend. "

"Very close to the Disney monorail as it was right beside of Disney's properties. The staff were amazing from arrival and knew flawless English. Our room was ready early, so we were able to have our bags delivered straight there from the airport motorcoach. The bar was excellent with food and drinks in line with USA pricing. The Lawson was an amazing option for late night snacking when returning from the parks. The room itself was large with a great view of the parks and fireworks. We also stayed...

"All OK, the room was bigger than your average Shinjuku room and the TV was huge. Very clinical and very disconnected when it comes to the staff and checking in and out. All very hands free, don't touch and don't speak."

"We had a fantastic experience staying at the Grand Nikko during our Tokyo Disney trip! The staff were very available and friendly. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of a trip. Best breakfast buffet we’ve ever had with plenty of options. It fuelled us for the long park days. The location of the Nikko was very convenient. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Only note we have is that the bathrooms could really use an update. We would definitely stay here again though! Would recommend. "

"Staff was excellent and very accommodating to every request very clean quick bus ride to the park, but it is further away from shopping and not a lot around it. You have to take a cab or subway/ train. We had a great time and breakfast was great"
