"Some things to consider: Bed cubicles are cozy and private. Building is quiet. Only one bathroom (one shower, one toilet, two sinks) for men. Double that for women, as they are allowed to use the "men" bathroom also. Staff did not speak much English. About 15 minutes walk to Hakata, the closest subway/train station. Payment at the hostel is cash only. Check in required before 8 pm without previous arrangement for late arrival."

"Loved the mini-room I got as a dorm and the comfortable bed and bed linen. Lots of street food in the area but it’s quiet in the rooms. Nice communal hang out areas. Reception service was a bit mixed but one of the staff members, Apple, was consistently friendly and very helpful. Would be nice if the luggage room was locked so early arrivals could leave their bag there securely. Overall, I would absolutely stay again. "

"I was given a room on the 7th floor on the main building. On the first night, there was only one other lady in the 6-pax dorm with me, and I think the 2 other rooms next door were empty. On the second night, there was also just another lady with the same room as me. But I think maybe one other occupant in another room. Overall it was a comfortable and safe stay. "Great location and spacious pods/ beds. Each bed has an assigned locker large enough to store valuables. Loads of room under the beds for suitcases. Charging points in the pods. Nice bar area and friendly staff."
