"The Hotel Ryumeikan Tokyo is conveniently located to many of the transportation options in Tokyo. It was easy to get around from this central base. The room was clean, staff was great, and the breakfast buffet had wonderful choices. The one glitch was the working of the air conditioning upon arrival. The staff worked on it and it got working but it was very warm for a bit upon arrival."

"Super well located in the heart of Ginza, with many convenient subway connections to other must-see districts in Tokyo. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast totally worth it, with an amazing spread of both Japanese and Western foods, this was definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I had lately. French deco hotel decor/theme is quirky and so interesting amidst ultra-modern Tokyo! Would definitely stay at this Monterey hotel again in the future :)"

"We booked the two twin size beds because it allowed us to have a slightly larger room for two people. We were able to store all our luggages under the bed. There was a large bench area, mini fridge, kettle. I wish there was a closet area instead there were a few hangers provided. Train station, familymart and coffee shops were just a few steps away. My only complaint is that the room was quite dusty - curtains, top of the headboard and around the windows. "

"When I visit Tokyo it’s usually for work. This hotel is close to the office and a lot of local amenities. There is a walking/jogging path that goes along the lake which is really pretty and sunrise and sunset. The hotel staff are also so very nice, and polite. "
