"The villa that we stayed in was well kept and very clean! The local area was beautiful and quiet. Our group had decided the rent cars which made getting around the area that much easier as well as the location of the villa having easy and accessible parking. "また泊まりたいとは思いません。お部屋の洗浄度は良くて商店街から徒歩5分程度なので便利ですが、スタッフの態度が酷過ぎてこの評価にしました。予約は4名、お布団4セットでお願いしていたのですが部屋に着いたら布団とタオルが2セットしかありませんでした。スタッフに連絡したらとんでもない態度されて、私の予約方法が間違っていたと怒鳴りつけられました。布団を欲しいなら1セットに対して3300円の追加料金が発生するなど、とにかく客としてこれほど失礼な喋り方されたのは初めてでした。最終的にはそちらの予約受け取り内容に誤りがあったと謝罪をしてきて布団とタオルセットを2個持ってきてくれましたが、最初の対応時の態度があまりにも酷くてここにはもう泊まりたくないと思いました。"

"Property was on the lake and had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji if you’re lucky to have a clear day. My 3 kids and I stayed 2 nights and we had one beautiful clear morning. The place seems new and was stocked with everything you would need for simple meals. There was a washing machine and shower had shampoo, soap, etc. There are dining options close by and lots of sight seeing a short drive away. 7eleven close by to pick up snacks and few groceries if needed. "

"The place is amazing, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, cozy, and quiet... great value. Located within 2 minutes of ancient town, it is surrounded by shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and craft bars. A nighty market outside. Very safe, very walkable. A definite placevto return. "Our family of five from Canada (2 adults and 3 kids) had a fantastic stay at this house near Chokoku no Mori in Hakone. The home was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for a family. "Access code were sent via email on the day or arrival. So if you have no data connection you won’t be able to get to apartment. The place is fairly clean but bathroom is tiny. I was wondering if the bathroom door can close. The aircon smells like a wet dog and blast directly at the bed. Can’t get a good night slee. We were to stayed 3 nights but left after one. "

"Overall, spacious and good acoomodation to stay with a large family. However, there were way too many bugs, cockroaches and geckos inside and outside of the property… The hotel basically said it is inevitable due to the climate condition of the island. For me, bugs were tie breaker so I probably won’t stay here again 😂"
