"We just came back from our trip. We have nothing but a praise for the treatment we received during our stay. We were contacted via WhatsApp a week before the trip. Offered airport transfer and answered several questions we had. We arrived at night at chose to stay at the hotel near the airport. Transport was scheduled to pick us up there at 9 AM and by 10 we were already in our suite. Luggage was brought in and fruit and cheese platter awaited in a dining room. We travelled with 2 teenage boys...

"Amazing staff, very attentive if we needed anything. Beds were a little hard and pillows could use a refresh. Very close to the best beach in Playa Del Carmen so we appreciated that. Overall it's a wonderful small hotel that's a little out of the way to enjoy the 5th Avenue experience but if you don't mind a stroll its well worth staying at, and you can't beat the price."

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and maintained impeccably by the housekeeping staff. "I absolutely loved everything about this resort! The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, the rooms were spotless (they even cleaned them twice a day!), and the food options were fantastic—surprisingly varied for the size of the resort. The entertainment was also a lot of fun. My only note is that it feels more like a couples’ resort than one for a girls’ trip, but regardless, we had an amazing time and I would definitely return! "
