"The overall experience was great! The staff in every department is friendly and very kind and helpful. The onsite restaurants need more choices on the menu, the food at most restaurants were awful too oily and greasy. We preferred buffet and sports bar. Travelled as family with two small kids for 5 days and we all got sick for two days due to foods. On the other note, great property, staff was amazing the housekeeping services done within minutes without asking and beyond. "

"We love visiting this resort and have been twice before. The food was solid, make sure you hit the catch of the day for lunch at the seaside grill. There were some power outages when we were there this most recent visit, not sure if that happens regularly. It’s also not quite clear what you have access to as a preferred club room. "I stayed at Nizuc but wished I would've stayed at Sunrise instead. The majority of events, activities, and dinining options were at Sunrise and so we did ALOT of walking to there. I liked how Nizuc was more quiet and not as crowded as the Grand and Sunrise. I felt like there should've been more food options to choose from for the price that was paid for the resort, but the service and cleanliness of the resort made up for it. Overall, it was a great experience there."
