Everything was great about this property except the restaurants. We could only make reservations the day of and we would wake at 5 am to make dinner reservations and the only time we could get was 9pm for all 5 nights we were there. When we got there at 9pm we still would wait sometimes upto 20 mins to be seated and all of them closed at 10pm so our service sucked as they are starting to close down. We learned to go to the buffet before we had dinner which is ridiculous. We did learn order everything on the menu cuz half of it will suck. The water park…. It was fun but adults could not go on all the slides the reason to go to a water park is to play with your children not sit on the sidelines. The signs did not give any information about the slides so you had to rely on the people working there and they only speak some English. Lazy River was amazing!

The overall experience was great! The staff in every department is friendly and very kind and helpful. The onsite restaurants need more choices on the menu, the food at most restaurants were awful too oily and greasy. We preferred buffet and sports bar. Travelled as family with two small kids for 5 days and we all got sick for two days due to foods. On the other note, great property, staff was amazing the housekeeping services done within minutes without asking and beyond.

This resort was very nice and the staff was very kind and accommodating, especially Krystal who worked at the Expedia desk! She was able to get us a free upgrade when our room was not up to our standards and she arranged our restaurant reservations and transportation to the airport. She also was able to connect us to a representative from the ATV excursion to answer our questions about our booking. Because of her, we were able to have a great time! We definitely recommend this resort.

A terrible hotel experience! This trashy and awful hotel—everyone, don’t go! We stayed for a total of 6 days, and the food was so dirty that it caused acute gastroenteritis, leading to vomiting and diarrhea. The hotel refused to take us to the hospital and only told us to go to the hotel clinic, where we had to pay for treatment ourselves! The hotel supervisors and managers are terrible people! They don’t care about their guests at all, showing no concern whatsoever. Cold-blooded animals! When we were leaving, they even argued with us for an hour over payment issues! The car we booked to take us to the airport left without waiting for us! Anyone who comes to this hotel is foolish! Look carefully at the true face of this hotel! We met many other guests who got sick from the dirty food. The hotel has become used to this and treats people like animals, with no respect at all!

The front desk workers aren’t very friendly. The property is very nice and festive. However the food lacks. They definitely offered on quantity over quality - most of the restaurants are just a rebrand of the same wholesale food found in the buffet. Our first 2 nights, our room reeked of very bad sewer like odor which sadly enough we accepted as normal. That’s until we went into my in laws room and it had no odor so we had to request to move which they honored the next day. Overall this is an okay hotel. The food is definitely not the best and I usually gain weight on vacation but not here. The pools are great. And it’s still a decent place for a family.

Food was good, best internet speeds I’ve seen. A bit of wait for service here and there but happy overall. Towels were always seeming to run out and long waits for more but loved the pool and ocean was small waves and sandy beach with sandy bottom ocean. Would definitely come back.

Not totally dirty but some areas can be improved especially the buffet and dining areas are a bit dirty especially the chairs. the service was pretty lacking. Bad customer service and most employees seemed very unhappy. It seemed maybe understaffed. I found it was very mediocre overall

Krystal from guest services was very helpful in many ways and it was convenient that I was able to text her. The resort is massive and beautiful, definitely impressive. All the pools, including the water park had ice cold water. Unfortunately our room was in a part of the hotel that was noisy - building 18 right outside the massive waterslide and lazy river where patrons are screaming. We used laundry services that said it would be returned same day- we had to track down out stuff the night before leaving. The buffet didn't have much to offer. Many of the stations repeated the food. They often ran out of food and took a while to replenish. It would be nice for them to have a waffle and pancake station for fresh waffles. They had pre made crepes instead. The only restaurant we went to was the Score. The burger were delicious BUT my husband and I got terribly sick from it. Thankfully it was our last day there but it has been ongoing for 2 days and I was almost hospitalized as a result. I am a stickler for cleanliness. The resort is mainly clean but you can tell not a lot of attention goes into cleaning the rooms.
