"The food was extraordinary. The staff very helpful. At a lunch buffet a chef walked by and I asked if they had their ceviche that day, he said no but asked where I was seated and said he would see what he could do. 10 minutes later he brought me a plate of ceviche well presented ringed with fresh lime and cucumber and tortilla chips!"

"Service is consistent, staff are all very friendly. Some patrons were over served alcohol, leading to security and safety issues, guests who weee behaving in threatening ways to other guests without intervention of hotel or any presence of security. Food was below expectations although reasonable nothing was satiating and I felt I was more surviving for the week than enjoying the food. "

"We lived the gardens, vegetation, grounds and beautiful quiet pool area by the waterfall. At that end it's very quiet. Our premium garden view from our room in building 36 was perfect. Food was excellent and service was good. "

"Everything was excellent. Ricardo who is the Bell captain. Is incredible, along with the others that work with him. The only thing I’ve noticed in the last few years of going there is the house wine is not nearly as good and others have noticed as well. "

"We have come several times to this resort and it still is a fun resort. The entertainment isn't as good as it used to be but the buffet/food choices are very good and diversified. The rooms are relatively quiet and beds comfortable. Still a trick to find a spot at beach or pool; everyone gets up early to reserve spots and come back later, just have to play the game. Unfortunately they are now charging $ to rent spots by pool. Too windy to do any water sports/jet skis this week but usually able...
