"Suwa Villa Arenal is one of the best places at which I have stayed! We had four guests and stayed for four nights in mid-March. Beautiful rooms with an outdoor patio and chairs, and A/C. Very clean and fully stocked communal kitchen, with a super cute and lush lounge area on the side. There are laundry machines available to use, with 2 free detergent pods provided. "We really enjoyed staying at Coco Surf! It was the perfect place to stay. The two bedroom accommodations were comfortable and perfect for famlies. While there isnt a ton near by you can walk to the beach restaurant, a few stores, and several local restaurants that are all delicous. It is a very convenient location to explore from! The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The pool and beach are perfect! "

"Overall everything was great, the owners were very nice and friendly. The room was comfortable and amazing view from the lake. The only thing is that it's kind it far from the Centro is better if you have a car will be easier to move to places."

"This place is a gem! Safe , clean and so well kept. You see the staff everywhere taking care of the facilities. The room was so clean, bed was perfect, kitchenette was very useful but it didn’t have utensils of any kind, little microwave and fridge. Oh and the room is quite spacious! Hotel has one of the few ( that I saw) guarded entrances. The staff was sweet and helpful. Great place to stay! We would definitely be back"

"This property is very beautiful, the pool is really nice and the villas are excellent and the view will take your breath away. The walk to town is 25 minutes and the hill is tough to walk if you are not in good shape. The owner lives on site, he is a friendly man but there is no reception and check in information was sent to me the day I arrived and had no internet connection. "The villa was beautiful and spacious! Only one thing the hot water wasn't working and maybe they can add a safety bar for when stepping up or out of the tub/shower because it's a high step. The host was wonderful and went out of her way to make us feel like home."

"The place was nice but getting in and out was not. Also for a family of 10 you would think there would be 2 parking spots but there was only one. No restaurant on site was also a low. No fresh towels daily or someone to freshen up the place. I would not stay here again. "

"I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Morales in Guadalajara. The hotel’s historic charm, comfortable rooms, and excellent service made for a wonderful experience. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the rooftop pool was a great bonus. I absolutely loved my time here and would definitely stay again!"

"Look, this isn't a 5 star hotel. If you want high-end, top everything, go to the Four Seasons. There are very minor aesthetic things I could nit pick, but they pale in comparison to the incredible staff, the location, and the general upkeep of the hotel. The rooftop pool (although pretty shallow) is always kept in good condition, full gym, massage, and bar on the roof patio are all clutch for the times you don't want to explore the city. The area is rife with incredible restaurants, sites, parks, and shopping. Would stay here again if I find myself in CDMX."
