"This review is for stay July 2024. My family and I celebrated my birthday and wedding anniversary. The resort was clean and I loved the way they went above and beyond with cleanliness in the room including turn down service. It is also family friendly. The only issue is the time share seeking services we ended up paying for what they offered us as free. Overall it was a great experience for our first time in Mexico. Great room service as well. Just a note even though it is all inclusive if you are interested in booking here make sure you make your dining reservations or figure out food options. "
