"This was our 11th trip to Majestic and as usual most everything was perfect. The staff, grounds, beaches all excellent. The best part of our stay is Junior our butler. "Excellent oceanfront room; we loved the pool, the beach, and some of the à la carte restaurants. The service from everyone was outstanding, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We believe the nighttime entertainment activities could be improved a bit. Additionally, it would be helpful to train the train drivers to inform passengers about the route and ensure they remain focused during the ride. "I absolutely have fallen in love with this gem, i know it's cliche and i should explore other places next time and i will... but this was me and my partner's first time in Puerto Rico as 20 year olds and this hotel was the most relaxing like comfy, home vibe you probably could have found on the island. I mean the huge pool/hot-tub in its self was so relaxing. We were in there every single night. It's super close to everything, La Placita, Old San Juan our new favorite spots such as Tijuana's Bar...

A sister hotel pool was available but only accessible via shuttle. I was surprised that the room lacked some amenities. They provided shampoo, but not conditioner.
