A modern hotel in the heart of Old San Juan. Rooms are all new albeit fairly small but all you need in a great spot. Excellent location and the 24/7 staff is pleasant at any time of day or night. Great option.

The Armas property is in a unique location - the heart of Old San Juan. We were blocks from renowned places to visit - Pigeon Park to Castillo Fort Cristobal - restaurants & bars like L Factoria and more. The hotel is brand new, just opened in Jan '25, staff was very accommodating, offers lots of suggestions for places to go; definitely plan on going back.

Well located in Old San Juan. Although the building is probably old, the hotel feels newly refurbished and the room and common spaces were very clean. Our bed was super comfortable and our room had a great balcony looking out toward the square. The decor is white & plain and furnishings are minimal — not a lot of charm but a solid choice for lodging in OSJ.

Staff is great! A very convenient location by the Plaza de Armas, Parque de las Palomas, La Capilla del Cristo & Calle Fortaleza. My room was small by choice though, since I was planning to walk the area. Super safe, with plenty of options to dine and admire the 500 year old City. Would go back in a heartbeat!
