"Really pleased we booked Surfside. We had a two bedroom room for our family of four. Nice to have them divided as proper rooms so we all had some space. The staff were great. Nice pool and bar area and good food at the restaurant. Getting the free shuttle bus to and from the park was really helpful too. I’d recommend this place for families. "

"Stayed for one night to get fast passes for 2 days at Universal. Well worth it. Hotel is amazing from the moment you see the entrance. Rooms are huge, well kept with a massive bathroom. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Bar had some excellent live music playing when we went for a drink at the end of the day. "
