I recently stayed at La Quinta Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. First, I was misinformed about the check-in process, which caused unnecessary confusion when I arrived. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive a key to my room, which meant I had to keep going back to the front desk to resolve the issue.
Additionally, the elevator was out of service during my stay, and as my room was on a higher floor, it was quite inconvenient to have to take the stairs. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay. I hope the management takes note of these issues, as they certainly impacted my experience.
