"I thought the people there were lovely and helpful. My room was very dark and had one window facing an ally and also right next door to the elevator which I really don’t like. So it was loud. And once I got to the room I was too tired to see if I could change it but I did feel like I maybe got the worst room in the hotel. But again everyone was lovely and if I had to be there more that one night I would have tried to switch. "
