"Its my first time to visit sfo and staying @ the Palace for New Years made the experience absolutely magical. Felt like “royal”. The staff were amazing and super friendly esp Jelly. The Garden Court for was my favourite spot in the hotel. "

"We had one of the corner rooms spacious enough for 4 (2 adults 2 kids) to sleep in. It was on the 19th floor with a good view. The room was comfortable, with a large bathroom. We wish there were chairs in the room. Some street noise is inevitable but nothing terrible. The breakfast features variety but could be more affordable (it cost us around $140 for a family of 4). Parking is $80/night so if you are renting, keep that in mind. The staff was great! "

"Beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy 5 minute walk from BART station, easy access to busses, and cable car right in front of the hotel. Good clean neighborhood. Hotel staff is very helpful and the rooms are beautiful. Will definitely be returning. "
