"Many good things here, it’s true, but the “in-room” purchases scattered about just look cheap. Maybe focus on the things that I did pay for? Was difficult to work with table light burned out, but no, I did not go to the trouble of asking it to be fixed while I was there. I did tell the receptionist when I checked out. “Oh, Ok, thank you.” I also have to say I found the surprise “valet only” parking annoying, and the captive, pricey restaurant not at all to my style. But I would be back? Probably...

"I highly recommend just staying at the holiday inn across the street for only like $10 more a night. The lack of quality isn't necessary the worst part, not everyone wants a 5 star hotel. However, we continuously got locked out of our room because our keys stopped working (5 key replacements). In addition to construction and drilling in the ceiling/walls at 6 am, there were often men yelling in the middle of the night. The worst part, they tried to charge me an extra $300 after I had left and...
