"This was a great stay. I have no complaints other than the at times, scary elevator rides. The amount of rocking experienced during certain trips on certain lifts should not be considered normal. Lastly, I was not a fan of the marble or marble-looking bathroom decor. At times, it made me think there were stains on the decor when in fact, it is the natural design. "Staff was very friendly and helpful. Received a nice gift bag at check-in. Room was clean and bathroom was updated (some of these older hotels have bathrooms that are clean but a lot more lived-in than our bathroom at Abri). Overall, great room, and great location given the price (which was very reasonable). Oh, and close to Union Square and Market Street, so location was great."
