「Excellent séjour dans ce paradis où on s'est tout de suite senties chez nous dans notre chambre "swim up". Tout le personnel est aux petits soins, souriant et tres professionnel. La nourriture est divine, beaucoup de choix pour les végétariens, ... L'endroit est sublime et degage une merveilleuse énergie. Detente immédiate. Merci <3」

Lækkert med en stor pool med direkte adgang til stranden. God morgenmadsbuffet, aftensmadsbuffeten var medium.」

「Liked: Lovely, attentive, friendly staff. Room and the rest of the hotel clean. Great selection of breakfast food and snacks, coffee, etc. Restaurant, bar, poolside, gardens, very inviting. Nearby shops, amenities, etc. Didn't like: Lack of dining table in room if we wanted to eat in. Gym room and equipment in disrepair and dirty. First time in Crete. We really liked it, and the staff at Malena contributed to our enjoyment. Would go back to this hotel but, in all honesty, there's so much more...

「The room was very exciting! New, big, propper. The hotel is very far from the center but we had a car and could travel to the center by car. At the departure we had to leave the hotel at 08:00 in the morning. Breakfast starts at 08;00 and we asked on arrival if it would be possible to receive a coffee before. Therefor we had to pay EUR 4,20. Maybe the hotel manager should consider if this is a good idea....」

「 Translation results They say it is a family business from grandmother to grandchildren. They must be blessed with a good staff to maintain such a facility. The meals are family style and the evenings are like a family party. The guests were very relaxed and friendly. The pool as well as the handmade playground equipment make this a great place to stay, especially for families with young children and for calm people. The views are truly spectacular and would be a great experience for anyone....
