「The view of the room is awesome. We stayed in the jacuzzi to enjoy the whole sunset. The price of the room is more respectable comparing to other hotels in Santorini. We also love the location is with less visitors while there are few local restaurants nearby to enjoy delicacies. The service is also very nice. Just one comment that we found an empty potato chip bag under the couch near the jacuzzi when we checked in. The other part is perfect.」

「It is the worst experience in my life and the staff is rude and not helpful. They downgraded us and pretended to upgrade us! We are totally four people and reserved a family villa, however, they offered us a two-people villa, which provide us one double bed and 2 sofa beds for four people. Although they offered us 50% off, it ruined our vacation in Fira.」

「I stayed 2nights in a 2bedrooms suite.Not a single windows in the suite as I saw in the picture. And you have to take a few steps from the door to have your sea view ( of course, no windows in your room so no sea view from the window lol) And you have to walk a distance from the bus stop/ parking area (and also “Main Street”) to the hotel. The road is quite slippery, I hurt my ankle before the trip, and I sprained my ankle again 😂. In fact most of the beautiful hotel in oia have the same issue,...
