「It mentioned via app it’s twin bed in single room but turned out it’s single bed. And the room is built behind 2 fire exit doors which made me very uncomfortable and concerned the safety of the room. 」

「1、吃～～采购食材很方便（步行10分钟以内就有2间超市），room service 也不贵且出品令人满意。还有酒店一楼叫Nobu的日本餐厅听说很不错，可惜这次带娃出游，不便一试。 2、住～～舒适的2居2卫的公寓：极简风格的公寓，打理的整洁干净，带2娃一起住可以大大减轻看娃的压力～因为每个房间都可以把门关稳～而且到处都很干净包括房间地毯。而这里舒适的卧具以及大功率的花沙，完全可以帮助消除外出一天的疲劳。 3、行～～优越的地理位置：出行：走路2分钟就有公交站（站名London Hilton hotel），从这里有多路公交直达市内著名景点，到Harrods也只要2个站。走路3分钟就到海德公园站，走路10分钟就到白金汉宫。安全：就在使馆云集的区域。下次来伦敦首选还是住这里～」

「Cozy little room, slept well. But there was noise constantly from rooms next door and the courtyard until late at night, if you wake up easily, it will be a problem. Also there is no slippers, toothbrush etc given, and no fridge too. However the hotel is indeed in an excellent location with many attractions in walking distance.」

「房間真的小的有點驚人，經過3天的安排，終於適應在小空間裡的活動似乎也不像剛進入房間那麼難以接受反而可以轉身範圍內完成一連串的行動床鋪像是日本和式床板，我比較矮小，所以可以完全正睡、橫睡棉被非常保暖、包覆身體剛到倫敦的時差，這床棉被可以促進入睡，調整體力，非常好房內所有燈、窗簾、空調溫度以及安排打掃預約都是透過iPad 聯繫，非常時尚的方式早餐部分，非常好吃服務人員超級親切友善初到倫敦，有可以信賴，溫暖對待的方式，緩和緊張的心情。非常感謝🙏 洗衣的部分已經委外，24小時後才能送回，這是當時訂房不了解的部分。飯店位置非常好步行幾分鐘可達河岸，river bus 登船點有google map 導航非常簡易方便到泰特美術館、菠蘿市場都太方便了」
