People are super friendly and nice here. The hotel is a bit outdated as most London hotels are. If you are a light sleeper, do ask for the quiet side room as possible. My room was facing the street so I get late night drunk shouting until 1-2am, 4am garbage truck collecting and 5-6am randomly starting traffic noise. I stayed here for a week and been up since 4am every day…… Breakfast was average, you could choose one main dish and enjoy the breakfast bar which contains some pastry and fruits. Same every day. Location wise, it’s within walking distance to London tower and tower bridge and close by Tower Hill tube station.

The bath tub got some stains in yellow, which was not removable by water or soap. The wifi was not workable although we had already notified hotel on day 1 (4 days and 3 nights). One staff tried to understand what happened but as he was not IT, it could not be fixed till we checked out. staff were generally nice to explain. Staff are

WE arrived much to early at 3.30 am. Our room was Not free and there were fully booked. The have us drings, good and comfort and let us check in at 10 am instead of 3 PM. Thanks to all the stuff members. You were so wellcoming to us.

Kind and welcoming staff. Hotel had the quintessential French atmosphere and catered to international travelers . Location was great. The rooms are designed nicely but be prepared if you have a family of four or larger, it may not be big enough to maneuver around. however, remember size of hotel rooms in Europe are not going to be large like you get in the states and that is normal. The only issue we faced, was they did not stock the shampoo and bath gel. No big deal and an easy fix but had to ask twice. The water pressure was top notch in the shower. I would love to have that pressure where I’m from. Overall, I’d probably stay there again with just my husband for the ambiance, location and kind staff, but would need to get two rooms or need a larger place to share with my 2 teen children.

We stayed three nights at this hotel. It is conveniently located close to many attractions and 3 minutes walking distance to a tube station. We had breakfast included and it was fantastic. Definitely recommend this hotel.
