I will start with the good:
-hotel is well located in an area where you can practically walk everywhere and a bus/subway station half a block down which is super convenient.
-staff is nice and accommodating. However, I left a show program at the restaurant when we went for dinner and the following morning I called and no one knew anything and said they had probably thrown it away. You buy programs in the UK they’re not free so for them to not care, was a disappointment.
Our room was tiny which is common in Europe but still. The bed was great though. Comfy and soft. Walls are sufficiently isolated so it was pretty quiet which was nice. The room has a coffee maker and a kettle for hot water. They stock the room with teas, hot chocolate, coffee, candy, chips and popcorn as well as flat and sparkling water all complimentary and that’s also very nice.
The bathroom is super small and the shower has a half glass door so water spills everywhere. There is a heating rack for the towels which we loved.
We chose to have breakfast included with our stay and we could’ve easily not have done that as we only had breakfast 2 days out of our 5 day stay because it was not good. Coffee is flat, the fruit is not ripe or good and the options are limited. They do have a little vegan station but food is bland. Overall, our stay was comfortable because of the bed, the quietness and the convenient location. I think that for the price, the breakfast should’ve been way better.
