No complaints about the room, I was in one of the older rooms but it was clean, very close to the gym and quick to access. The staff were very prompt when I requested toiletries that I'd forgotten. One piece of constructive feedback: I was offered a £10 food voucher in exchange for not having my room cleaned each day during my three night stay, which I think is a great green incentive. I saved it to use for breakfast on my last day, only to learn that morning that it didn't apply to breakfast - I don't think it was obvious from the wording on the voucher, which said it applied to "restaurant or room service". The staff member who told me was apologetic that I had not been told this when I was given it, but I felt a little disappointed that it was not honoured given the acknowledgement that it wasn't obvious. I was checking out that day, so was unable to redeem it another time. I'd therefore suggest clarifying the T&Cs on those vouchers, but otherwise it was a nice stay at a lovely hotel!
