"Everything here was convenient, from the shuttle to and from airport to on site rent a car. Which did come in handy as I did not come in with the thought of even renting a car. I learned that when I rented a taxi to go to the museum. By the time I paid for the taxi and a tip I could’ve just rented a car. I ended up renting a car for 24 hours and I did a trip down to the north pole and did some hiking around the area , if you want to explore the Fairbanks area on your own it’s not walkable from Pikes. I ended up staying in the Aurora side cabins. I had a wonderful trip thank you."

"All was well as usual, however the entire Hotel, especially the rooms were almost 80 degrees. It was too warm for comfort. I managed to cool my room off with the Air Conditioner as I couldn’t get the thermostat to respond to lower temps."

"They put us far from the elevator. My parent hip was hurting so bad after that Overall it was good no microwave in the room too"

"The front desk woman was very kind, informative and accommodating. The outside of the building is so pretty and the lobby is really nice. The rooms are so spacious it was perfect for our family. The gym was out of service, I like to workout daily so that wasn’t great. The bathroom was kind of grimy looking and the fan in there didn’t work. Otherwise it’s a great price for the space. I will be staying here again. "
