"This is one of the best VRBO properties I’ve visited. The property owners have outfitted the rental with everything needed in a pinch! She has the fridge stocked with waters and small milk cartons. She has a pantry/coffee nook with coffee pods, creamer, sugars, cereals and instant oatmeals. I have never used a VRBO property that was so handsomely outfitted for the guests. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to visit the Fairbanks area. "

"Although close to town, this could be a bad spot without at least an all wheel drive. Even though uphill from the river, there were flood warnings for the neighborhood and some of the area coming in had water a foot deep. The weather alerts said it could get deeper which was kind of unnerving. The internet and in turn the tv service was very spotty although this was a big deal for us but streaming was difficult and would cut off. "The property is older in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen was fully-equipped, as was the laundry room. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Our contact person, Mike Davis, was super responsive and personable whenever we called with a question. "

"What a charming cabin! It was very welcoming. I greatly appreciated the instructions that were texted to us, and that were left in the cabin. That was very helpful. We had a very relaxing stay and a lot of fun. It was great to have the games and the DVDs there; our grandchildren spent a couple of nights with us, as well, because it was such a nice place. "A little hideaway, great lil area outside with a bridge. Needs blackout curtains badly and the couch is only comfortable for one. "
