"The hotel was very nice. Looks very luxurious. Check in was a bit of a pain as I had to wait for my friend to arrive in order to check in as you have to scan the passport of the number of occupants in the room and their home address. The machine was also glitching so it took longer than expected. Check out on the other had was a breeze. "Comfortable stay near shinkensai and a subway line so easy to get around the city. A lot of amenities (free drinks, happy hour) and even cultural events going on in the lobby that changes every day. I had an issue with my room and the staff was quick to find a solution. Overall a nice stay! "

"Lovely room good size and great view from 32 floor. Convenient location. On site cafe handy. Room was way too hot , no room specific air conditioning , was told it was centrally controlled. Not keen on replacement towels being left in a bag outside room . "
