Staff were very helpful and attentive and friendly. My family and I stayed for the second time in March 2025 and my wife still likes the hotel. Easy 10 min stroll to Shin Osaka station but note that Shin Osaka station can be very confusing if you are not familiar with it.

The hotel is excellent at its price range. It's a new hotel with clean rooms. It even has hot spring facilities covered. I enjoy drinking the milk outside the hot spring facilities, while they also provide complimentary drinks during the afternoon and night time. The location is also excellent, just within 5 mins walk to Shin-Osaka station. I don't see any reason not to stay at this hotel again in the future.
