"Family of 4. Room was spacious. Each person got a bed of their own. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. They were so hard. Room came with the basic, mini fridge, hot water kennel, safe and blow dryer. Toilet was in a separate room from shower, tub and vanity, which was nice. All other necessities (toothbrush, razor, scrubber, etc.) you had to get in the lobby. Balcony was off limits so that sucked. Room service was available till 10pm. Cafe was nice next to the Universal store on the left side...

"Beautiful property and staff were amazing. There is a mall under hotel with a convenience store and many high end shops. Just didn’t get enough time to enjoy the facilities. There was an additional charge to use the pool which is ridiculous."

"I booked a room through Expedia. I went 1 day early to ask for availability. They said they had no rooms. Went on Expedia and I got the room. Sad to know as a customer they were unwilling to accommodate someone who already had a room. I am also being double charged. "

"Good hotel to stay at if you want to be right across from Dotonbori. Easily walkable to many shops, restaurants, and bars. Very crowded hotel. Air conditioning is not able to be adjusted to your like, just a turn nob on the wall. Overall nice place."

"The hotel was very clean, just like in the photos. The lobby had great amenities—vending machines, ice and water dispensers, and seating if you wanted to eat something there. There was also a large laundry room. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was fine—nothing fancy, but totally sufficient, especially if you're on a budget. The room was clean and well lit but snug. Just note that there’s not much storage space—only a rail to hang a few items—so I had to live out of my...
