"I was honored to stay at the hotel from the first day it opened (March 21st). Needless to say, the room was clean, and I could enjoy a night view of the Umekita area, Grand Front Osaka, JR Osaka Station, and more. The bath salts and other amenities were also great. Thank you for the commemorative gifts we received on the opening day. Breakfast was also crowded on the morning of March 22nd, but the arrangement was improved from the morning of March 23rd, so people were able to enjoy the buffet smoothly, and I felt that their response was excellent. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with a wide selection of Japanese and Western dishes, as well as a special menu. Since the hotel has just opened, there are almost no taxis at the nearest taxi stand, so you may need to use a taxi dispatch app, but if you use the JR or other trains, you should be able to move around without any problems even if you have a lot of luggage by using the elevator and other facilities. I think this hotel will become popular for events such as the Osaka Expo, and I would definitely like to stay there again."
