"Great place "

"The floors were dirty. It appeared nobody had swept or vacuumed the floors as we could see some dirty on the floor. Light bulbs were out. Marks on the walls that could have easily been cleaned off. Refrigerator was broken but serviceable. Tubs for the shower were a little sketchy. We couldn’t find any instructions on how to use some items. "

"The common area was a little smaller than it appeared in the photos as well as bedrooms one and two… However the main bedroom was huge and so was the bathroom and closet in the main bedroom. We had a group of six and we were very comfortable… The Unit could use some updating. The proximity to the venues and other things that we were interested in was great, although the neighborhood was a little suspect at night. "Property was in good shape & clean. Just would add that the Primary Batroom vent & extra light doesn't work & it would help to have a night stand on both sides of the king-sized bed. I would also cut down that bush in the front so you can see who is on the sidewalk."

"We stayed here with family. The area felt very safe. We were able to walk to the grocery store and other restaurants during the day. You need a car in my opinion but there's plenty of on street parking and a garage. The trolley is within walking distance as well. We loved city park which is basically right down the road. There's also a pool area which was nice to hang out at but the water is not heated. My only complaint is the overpowering smell of fabulouso. I'm sensitive to cleaning product...

"The home offered beautiful views of the city, day and night. The location was great! It was only 1 block from St. Charles Street and another for the streetcar pick up. It was 2 or 3 blocks from The Pontchartrain Hotel which had a rooftop bar which gave an even more expansive view of the city. We walked many places, including the garden district, WWII Museum, the French Quarter and also delicious restaurants. The city was working on the street a few days while we were there, but it was tolerable...
