"We stayed here with family. The area felt very safe. We were able to walk to the grocery store and other restaurants during the day. You need a car in my opinion but there's plenty of on street parking and a garage. The trolley is within walking distance as well. We loved city park which is basically right down the road. There's also a pool area which was nice to hang out at but the water is not heated. My only complaint is the overpowering smell of fabulouso. I'm sensitive to cleaning product...

"Did not like the smell of the cleaning products used when first walking in- the place was comfortable but there were loose tiles and broken drawers in upstairs bathroom-good location/ wish we could have checked in early or at least be able to drop our luggage off since we arrived early "

"The floors were dirty. It appeared nobody had swept or vacuumed the floors as we could see some dirty on the floor. Light bulbs were out. Marks on the walls that could have easily been cleaned off. Refrigerator was broken but serviceable. Tubs for the shower were a little sketchy. We couldn’t find any instructions on how to use some items. "

"The common area was a little smaller than it appeared in the photos as well as bedrooms one and two… However the main bedroom was huge and so was the bathroom and closet in the main bedroom. We had a group of six and we were very comfortable… The Unit could use some updating. The proximity to the venues and other things that we were interested in was great, although the neighborhood was a little suspect at night. There was a small café on the corner that was pretty good taste wise as well as...

"Absolutely loved the property! It was very conveniently located, parking was amazing. It is newly built and very spacious. We were in town for the night very last minute due to a family emergency and because of the holiday there weren’t too many places available. My only complaint is the price, the cleaning fee is as much as a 1 night stay. "

"Hairs in spare room bed. Took a few minutes for hot water to work in shower. Remote difficult to work on TV."

"The home offered beautiful views of the city, day and night. The location was great! It was only 1 block from St. Charles Street and another for the streetcar pick up. It was 2 or 3 blocks from The Pontchartrain Hotel which had a rooftop bar which gave an even more expansive view of the city. We walked many places, including the garden district, WWII Museum, the French Quarter and also delicious restaurants. The city was working on the street a few days while we were there, but it was tolerable...
