"Lots of close, free parking. Check in was a breeze. Staff efficient and friendly. My guest lost her room key but the woman at the front desk assured me it was no problem and minimized our embarrassment. No smoking odor in our room or the halls, The main gaming area had very good ventilation so rarely noticed smoke odor. The towels were soft.There was no coffee pot in our room, maybe you had to ask for it? I spent 3 nights here and it was quiet. Inner building, 2 queen beds."

"The bed was a little hard, the room service was okay, but it was very clean. The Valet guys were excellent. Du-Par's restaurant & bakery was excellent and made the best Pecan pie ever."

"Nice hotel with restaurants in the casino area. It’s time to start changing out the beds. Last visit a couple of months ago bed was firmer. This time we had a soft bed and uncomfortable pillows. Rooms are quiet and check in and out is easy. "

"This hotel is centrally located on the Las Vegas strip. It’s an older hotel and some areas need a refresh. We reserved the imperial suite and the room was large with two large bathrooms. However, the staff does need to do a better job on cleaning the rooms. There was tape stuck on the walls and pictures in the room, I’m assuming from a party. There was also some hair left in the shower. The staff we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and sheets and pillows are clean. Overall this hotel offers a lot with plenty of restaurants, large gambling area and mini stores to pick up items you may have forgotten. The parking garage is easy to access and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
