We were there for our 21st wedding anniversary and at check in by Francesco, we were given coupons for complimentary champagne. We had also made a request for the highest floor available and again Francesco moved us from the 12th floor to the 26th floor as well. The resort was beautiful and very well laid out to easily navigated. The suite rooms were very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. All of the food options in the Canal Shoppes were numerous and delicious.
