"First of all, my reservation itself was not communicated to the Hotel. An obviously, my early-checkin request was also not communicated to the Hotel. "First time in india and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Super clean and polite staff. Great breakfeast. I ended up losing my phone in a rickshaw while I traveling around mumbai, one of the staff members stayed up late trying to call my phone. While I wasn't able to find my phone, the care that was taken for me was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again the next time im in mumbai."

"Stay was amazing and staff was ready to help. May be they had a someone who was in the training phase as that person was not sure about the WiFi access and on how to access some of in room facilities. But other staff member was able to help me with that so no complaints. Over all the stay was good and hotel, restaurant and the amenities were 4+ star rated."

"Fantastic hotel. an amazing experience The only negatives are;- music in the club lounge is terrible. needs to be changed to either Indian or something more contemporary. The same dog that barks incessantly every night from around 2am needs to be chased away."
