"Property was perfect for having everything i needed at a reasonable price and safe. A little run down but clean and tidy. My only two issues I had was the showers hot water runs out extremely fast and there are some gaps around windows that mosquitos can get through, i got 10 bites in the 1st 2 days and had to be completely covered to prevent them plus continuous spaying the whole apartment with mosquito killer."

"I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall."

"The very first day early morning something suspicious happened someone was just hitting very hard on the wall we heard someone was screaming and we heard the glass breaking we all 4 people were terrified & shocked when we tried to call the desk nobody responded & when I called the manager on his whatsup number then the front desk people came up & the reason of such nuisances they gave was totally not acceptable I personally won’t ever come back to this property again "
