"I extended my stay in Ecuador just to stay her 2 evenings. So happy I did! Soaking in the hot springs outside of the room at 3am was divine. I had 3 spa treatments and they were all top! The main volcanic hot springs are super cool and the spa springs are also sweet. Love the jets to massage your back. Definitely a worthwhile visit and will recommend to my friends and hope to be back on day. … cannot fail to mention the Service and Staff are exceptional. "

"Wonderful place to stay close to the airport. The grounds were lovely and the room was spacious and comfortable. The service was impeccable with delicious full breakfasts that varied slightly every day. The decor in the main house was unique and a lot of fun. There was a pool and a games room as well. There was no indoor heating in the rooms, but the bed had two heated blankets that kept us comfortable at night. We brought our 6-month old baby and they were very accommodating. "The staff were attentive, polite and accommodating. When I had a problem with my credit card in Canada, they ensured I could call them without incurring any long distance charges when the collect call was not working. The restaurants were great to eat at and we really enjoyed a massage at the spa after many days of hiking. One suggestion is that you become a Marriott member to get free internet as rooms booked through Expedia often don't include complementary access. Again another example of the great service, when I realised the Internet was not free, they arranged to get me signed up as a member and then reversed out the changes. Many hotels I have stayed at need to spend some time here to understand what great customer service looks like. Needless to say, the rooms were very clean, very comfortable and the overall environment was great. They represented real value for money and I will be sure to stay here when we return again."
