「We chose the lodge on the recommendation of our tour guide company as a retreat to chill out after a busy 8 days visiting the Galapagos and Amazonia. It was indeed a relaxing location where my wife took advantage of the resort spa and I was able to enjoy the scenic walks and spot a few bird varieties. The food and hospitality was good. A few of the treks were restricted and that was the only negative point.」

「Booked hotel to rest after returning from Galapagos. Before leaving for 3AM flight. $15.00 taxi ride from airport easy check-in. We had early dinner in on site restaurant Sea Bass with rice and salad excellent option. Had front desk arrange for taxi back to airport and went to room for quite nap. When taxi arrived it was raining so they had it pull into parking garage and. loaded our luggage so we could remain dry. Only regret is we didn't stay longer」

「Basically you never make mistake when staying by NH Hotels. But this time, it was a mess. I made reservation thru Hotel.com and it shows breakfast included. When we check in at first day, staff asked us to pay for breakfast and we refused, ask them to check with Hotel.com. 2nd. day, staff asked us again to pay breakfast and we insist don't pay, it's problem between NH and Hotel.com. 「Excellent hotel. Staff is tremendously helpful - helped counsel us on things to do and transportation and were actively looking out for us. The rooms were wonderful for our family. The interior courtyard was inviting and the rooftop restaurant was delicious. All staff were so warm and welcoming and Dennis in particular was wonderful when we ate at the restaurant. 「I had a great stay at the Zen Quito Hotel. My favorite thing about the hotel was the shower, immaculately clean and had one of those over head/rain shower type heads.
