「Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine.」

「Wonderful place to stay close to the airport. The grounds were lovely and the room was spacious and comfortable. The service was impeccable with delicious full breakfasts that varied slightly every day. The decor in the main house was unique and a lot of fun. There was a pool and a games room as well. 「Loved my stay here, breakfast was excellent, also had lunch and dinner here because the kitchen makes some tasty and nutritious food. Just a note that this is a nature reserve in a hacienda, so the rooms smell woody and you can hear birds chirping in the morning, the perfect alarm clock.
