"Door handle on 117 is not working correctly so had all kind of issues unlocking the door every time. Ice machine didnt work most of the time. "

"The only issue with the property was the pool area closes at 9pm. All near buy hotels are open until at least 10pm or later. If your intention is to use the pool or related facilities in the evening or you plan some outdoor socializing in the evening I suggest Lakeside Lodge that also has a fire pit that is great for socializing. "

"This was my first time staying at the Helendorf with some family. Wish I had one more day here it was awesome. The rooms were located at the courtyard up the stairs ,rooms 716 and 715 . Loved the rocking chairs they have in front of the rooms on the porch, the rooms were clean and kept up , no complaints. The staff were quick and friendly with the checkin process. Will definitely be staying at the Helendorf again ! The location is perfect to all the shops and restaurants "
