It was a huge disappointment. The curtains and furniture in the room were covered in dust. They only provided one roll of toilet paper, and when it ran out, there was no one available to help us. We asked a lady at the store, but she didn’t know how to assist us and wasn’t friendly either. The next day, we requested cleaning service, hoping they would replenish the toilet paper, but once again, they only left one roll. When we noticed we were running out, we requested another cleaning service, but this time, they didn’t leave any at all. We had to use the lobby bathroom. The only thing available was coffee. It was supposed to be a Bed & Breakfast, but there was nothing in the common area. We never saw anyone attending the place. The furniture was old, which didn’t bother me as much as the lack of cleanliness. When they cleaned, they only made the bed; they didn’t wipe surfaces or vacuum. I was embarrassed to stay there.

Comments from previous guests made very good comments regarding the B&B breakfast. This is not a B&B. They stopped serving breakfast over two years ago, per the front desk staffer. Those comments should be deleted two years ago but they have continued to allow that in their promotion.

Everything was amazing! All pros except 1. The only con I'd say is the TV in the room was extremely small and with prices of TVs for like a 42"-43" are very cheap at this point. My monitor for my computer might be bigger. Not that we stayed in the room much but just unwinding at night. But other than that the view was amazing and the room was very clean, the bed was decent and the staff was nice!

I completely fell in love with this cabin. It had everything we needed, and the place felt like a dream. From the moment we arrived, the lady who welcomed us was incredibly kind and charismatic, taking the time to explain everything to us in a friendly and warm manner. The Wi-Fi didn’t work very well, but it turned out to be a blessing as it allowed us to fully disconnect from the city and immerse ourselves in the surroundings. The area is absolutely beautiful, perfect for connecting with nature. The cabin was well-equipped, although I think it could use a frying pan and a pot to make full use of the electric stove, and I’d recommend adding a hairdryer in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was perfect. One detail we loved was finding blankets in the living room to use while sitting by the fire pit. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy nature and stay just 10 minutes from the town of Helen, I highly recommend this cabin!

The property is in a beautiful area and the rooms and common area are nice and clean. The heating unit in our room was noisy and did not function correctly. It was hard to sleep with the noise.

My family stayed in the Suite room of this property. The ladies at check in were super nice and give you a unique code to access your room keypad which made us feel really safe. The only downfall of this property is that this room was advertised as family friendly—family friendly to perhaps those who have pre teens or teenagers with them, but definitely not a toddler! There is no elevator on property so if you’re not traveling light, be prepared to haul your 50 pound luggage up flights of stairs! Thankful for my husband to do this while I stayed with the baby. The wine tasting in the evenings was the perfect way to spend the night relaxing after hiking at nearby parks. Overall we definitely enjoyed the property, just not for a young family such as ours at this point in time!

Find somewhere else to stay.
Wasnt the greatest experience. We checked in "they text you the door code" there were people already staying in our cabin. Walked in on another couple and thier dog. They were great about it, but it was awkward. Called the "after hours number" and they appologized and asked if they could call me back once she pulled over since she was driving, called back and gave us a code to the cabin next door. While I was on the phone with her I confirmed that we could be able to stay in the same cabin the next night also since we were going to be there two nights, she said yes she would make sure that happened (spolier alert this did not happen) This cabin was nice, bed was hard as a rock and my husband didnt sleep very well that night. Back to check-in there was suppose to be a wine tasting until 6pm, but when asking (had to call) because there was nobody there she said they "decicded to go to dinner" it was 5:30ish and the wine tasting was suppose to be open until 6. The next day, we had a reservation for ziplning at 10:30am while we were there I got a text that asked me to call at my ealiest convienience, so when we finished we were headed into Helen to get lunch and I called then back. They asked if we could come back to switch cabins back to the origional because it "would make it easier for them with the people coming to check in to the one we were currectly placed in" so we had to drive back to the cabins, move our stuff and then we would go eat lunch. Very Inconvenient.
