But I recommend researching and planning your visit in advance to avoid scary, and shocking encounters. Location-wise, the Westin is close to alot of the city's main attractions. "Had an excellent experience from the moment we got to the front desk. We had been notified earlier in the day that the room might not be ready at the 4pm checkin time but we arrived at 3:30 and the room was ready. Charming lobby and room and guests were provided with wine and cheese from 4:30-6pm along with a piano player and welcoming staff. "

"After booking on the wrong day, I ended up having to get this hotel and it was wonderful. And the staff was wonderful from the valet to the front desk although they didn’t have room service we didn’t need it anyways, but if you’re looking for that, I wouldn’t book this hotel but they do accommodate you with the downstairs bar. You can get it to go it was great."
